"Rick, I just wanted to say thank you so much again. Your guys this morning were incredibly professional. They let me know exactly what was going on and broke things down into incremental fixes. They were able to show me how they were fixing the problem today and steps I might need to take down the road if I continue to have problems. they gave me a good education on pitch and friction coefficient. There was no hard-sell into spending thousands of dollars. My father does a lot with real estate in the area, both selling and rentals. I passed your contact information along to him and told him how impressed I was. Please pass my gratitude along to your guys."

"Another kudo for Cayden...one of the lamp cords behind the master bed was being pinched by the headboard, with the potential to fray the cord. (As a former paramedic, I am all about safety!). Larry and I tried to pull the bed away from the wall, but no luck. I asked Cayden if he could do it, completely forgetting he had had his cast removed that morning. Somehow he did it, without howling in pain. Please let him know how much we appreciate his help.
Here’s the review for your website. Hope it’s what you wanted. Thanks again for everything, and for letting me get Amex points with the payment. ;)

We recently purchased a ground level home on Sanibel. Built in the ‘70’s, it had been completely renovated by the sellers 6 years ago. A month after moving in, we had a clogged sewer line. We called a local plumber who snaked the line and cleared the clog. Then we left to go north a few days later.
We returned to Sanibel 6 months later, settled in, and had another clog almost immediately. This time we called a different plumber, one who was able to descale the rust inside the cast iron pipe, but who also said we should have the pipes lined to prevent more clogs. It was recommended that we call The Plumber’s Plumber in Ft. Myers.
Owner Rick Hedge sent his right-hand man, Cayden, to use a video camera to examine the underground (and under the concrete slab) main pipe and its laterals. The pipes were rusting and had deep cracks. We knew we had to bite the bullet and fix the pipes sooner rather than later.
Rick described a new process he wanted to use on our pipes, using an ultraviolet light. The light would reduce the time needed to only 20 minutes to harden each section of the pipe liner. There would be no need to let the epoxy harden overnight. The only alternative would be to replace the pipes from above, which would require tearing up our (new) floors to get to the concrete slab, which would then be broken to get access to the pipes. What a potential mess! We went with the new technology.
Rick’s crew was knowledgeable and friendly, and answered all our questions. The new ultraviolet technology worked as advertised and everyone was very pleased with the results. Many thanks to them all for a job well done!"

"Thank you for finding the issue and taking care of me for I have dealt with this issue now for weeks. Screwdriver in pipe! The people who came to fix my issue did not give up on me and did not leave a mess. If anyone has a problem in the park I will for sure let them know about your company and how great you were in fixing a major issue that was unknown to me!"

"So I read about pipe lining back in 2015. I like old houses so I have a problem with cast iron. I ended up going with one of Rick's competitors and jackhammering up my house to put in all new sewage lines. This was an experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Fast forward to 2020. I bought another old house with cast iron pipes with tree roots in the sewer lines. This time I decided to go with Rick based off of my talks I had with him in 2015. He was never trying to upsell me and in fact was often times trying to talk me out of doing certain repairs. The pipelining process took 3 days, I was short one bathroom during that time as the toilet was removed. Most of the work occurred outside and it was barely noticeable that they were there. They send you videos of before and after of the sewer lines so you know it was done properly. I waited six months to write this review because I wanted to make sure that everything functioned properly. It was some of the best 7k I ever spent to avoid the hassle of putting in all new lines. His pipelining guy (can't remember his name) was the most knowledgeable plumber I have ever spoken with. Thanks again for a job well done."
